How to place an order?

Before you place and order and make a purchase you should agree with our rules and Terms of Use.

To make an order with us you should register and become a member. Once you are signed up you may choose among our products the necessary item, indicate the necessary amount and click on buy button. By choosing to continue shopping you may eventually add other products you wish to purchase.

After clicking continue, you will introduce all the necessary data regarding shipping information.

Verify carefully whether information you submitted is valid, as we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to wrong addresses or other data, nor we will reship the orders in case of such mistakes.

Check carefully again your shipping address and continue with the payment procedure. You can pay instantly or later. After payment transaction is completed you can wait for your products to be delivered.

Is there a minimal order?

In order to make the shopping more convenient for our customers we decided not to establish any minimal order.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If the payment is not yet made and you want to replace one or several products in your order, you should login to your account, select the order ID and choose the “Edit Order” option. If you have already paid for your order but it was not sent yet and you want to add or remove a product, you should create a ticket and address the customer support to make the necessary changes. It is important always to specify the order ID in your e-mail.

If you want to cancel an order you have 12 hours to do that after the payment have been made. In this case you should e-mail us a cancellation request specifying the number of the order, your name and shipping address. In case you do not meet these requirements or miss the deadline you will be fully charged for the order.

How much last the process of ordering and shipping?

After you make an order and submit the payment you will receive an email confirmation containing all the necessary instructions. Once we receive the payment, we process and ship out your order within 1-3 business days. The shipping time frame is normally between 7 and 20 business days. You can login to your account and check online your “Order history» to check the delivery time-frame of your product. If your package hasn’t been delivered in 20 business days, please contact us to receive the necessary assistance and instructions.

What is the shipping procedure?

Our products are shipped worldwide and maintain a policy of maximal discretion. We don’t use the name of the organization or any information that will imply pharmaceutical content on our packages. For convenience we use small boxes and the products are packed with highest precaution. For larger orders, if the amount of products is too big, the drugs are divided in two or more packages. We deliver with registered airmail and after you package is received, you have to sign on the given receipt.

What are the payment options?
